Our Kitchen


The food at Gaslight is a collaborative effort between Nicholas Jirasek and Nathaniel Joseph.  Our rotating daily menu of interpreted breakfast and lunch classics is created with a focus on seasonality, locality, food conservation, and a genuine desire to feed you things we think are delicious.  
Our menu is dotted with the diverse flavors of the city's tradition, while creating new ones with the midwest's robust network of family farmers and specialty purveyors.
