Produced by Finca Monte Azul in Mexico, this coffee is harvested above 1200 MASL. The combination of the mountainous region and cloud forest results in the ideal humidity and soil to produce some of the best coffee in Mexico. It has a profile that tends toward stone fruit and, due to the high altitude where it’s grown, has a body reminiscent of some Colombian coffees.
We're tasting golden raisin, toasted almond, and pomegranate.
