This Natural Process coffee named for a prominent nearby mountain comes to us from the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia and the Adorsi Washing Station. Adorsi was established in 2001 and bought by Testi Coffee in 2018. Testi Coffee was founded by Faysel A. Yonis and in addition to providing agronomic support to the farmers, they have created “Project Direct” where they assist coffee producers and the surrounding communities by building schools and digging wells for clean drinking water. More than 1000 small-scale family farmers bring their coffee to Adorsi where defects and under/over ripe cherries are sorted out before being sun dried for 15-18 days and then prepared to be sent to Addis Ababa for dry milling, grading, and export. Naga Singage is very clean tasting natural process with fruit punch, mango, and floral notes.
