Santa Ines // Brazil
Brazil Santa Ines from the region of Carmo de Minas is the beneficiary of new harvesting and processing techniques as well as implementation of modern farm technology. Fazenda Santa Ines has belonged to the Pereira family since 1979. Since then, the family has planted new varieties and made investments to improve quality and productivity. By doing so, coffees from Fazenda Santa Ines stood out in regional and national competition highlighted by a first place win in the Cup of Excellence Competition in 2005.
This coffee offers a full body with hints of fudge, caramel, orange zest, and cherry. We are particularly enjoying Santa Ines this summer as a cold brew but it also makes a delicious espresso.
